Beanie questions

  • The beanies are knitted using premium wool blend yarns — a mix of wool and acrylic that gives warmth and softness without being scratchy, and holds its shape wash after wash. No cheap filler yarns. Specific yarn information for any hat is available on request.

  • Hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry for best results. Machine washing on a gentle, cool cycle is possible but may cause gradual shrinkage over time. Avoid tumble drying. Treat it well and it'll last for years.

  • Yes — custom colour requests are welcome, subject to yarn availability. Email Charliebthomas@icloud.com with your requirements and I'll confirm what's possible and any lead time. Great for sports teams, school colours, or a specific gift idea.

  • In-stock beanies are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom colour orders may take slightly longer depending on yarn availability — I'll confirm a timeline when you enquire. All orders are posted via Royal Mail with tracking available on request.
